Our Refund Policy

… is very simple.

No Refunds. No exceptions.

All of your payments—including but not limited to deposits, trials, events, memberships, webinars, digital downloads, workshops, coaching, or courses —are non-refundable/transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS.


Spa Profit Academy™ is non-refundable. Any refund or stop-payment request will not be granted. Please be aware, you can not legally stop payments until your chosen payment plan (shown on your invoice) has been successfully completed.

Choosing the Flex Pay option will grant you access to all current Spa Profit Academy resources and training, with the exception of any special bonuses designated exclusively for the Paid In Full plan (if applicable).

We are super proud of the value and quality of our online programs, coaching, and digital info products, that are full of 20+ years of expertise, knowledge and experience. This also comes with hours of hands-on help, time, and energy.

And none of these things can be returned.

I believe you should always treat other businesswomen how you would like to be treated.

Respect your time. Respect mine.

And respect the decision you already made, to invest in yourself, your business, and your future.

What we are trying to say is that we have done the work, but at the end of the day, the results you get are always going to be up to you.
